One of the sections on my PDP was to research more photographers, while doing this we ended up having a guest speaker who was talking about Red Eye which alot of photographers are part of.

We had a guest speaker come in one day from Red Eye, these are some of the notes i took in the lecture with him.

Usage!!!
- Object and image- the physical original and reproduced copy.
- Always retain your copyright.
- Get used to licensing.
- Issue a license to use with every bit of work you do.
Put usage in quote
- You have no incentive to give them more than bare minimum of copyright/ you should never sell copyright.

-licence work: YES

Consent Form

-Evidence you've been given permission to take photograph
-different from model release
-sign to say happy with image being taken
-if shooting news/public interest you dont need release/consent.
-if your unsure get consent
-8/10 balance, right to expression/right to privacy

Public Photography

- Okay to photograph buildings (CDPA-UK) and works of art on permanent display.
- Trespass, obstruction, harassment, byelaws, official secrets, court proceedings (those laws might apply)
